2. Information processed
NuzPoke does not require registration or a real identity. The service may process:
- Run data: run name, trainer name, nicknames, team composition and layout preferences.
- Access identifiers: random admin and view tokens required to recover and display each run.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser, request headers, technical events and rate limits used to protect the API and diagnose errors.
- Analytics data: visited pages, device, approximate traffic source and aggregated interactions when Google Analytics has the necessary consent.
- Advertising data: cookies, IP address and other identifiers used by Google and its partners when ads are shown on editorial pages and applicable law permits it.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Provide the tool, store the run and synchronize the overlay.
- Prevent abuse, malicious automation and unauthorized access.
- Diagnose errors and improve operation and documentation.
- Measure use through analytics with consent where required.
- Fund maintenance through Google AdSense on editorial pages.
Depending on the operation, processing is based on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and improvement, and consent for non-essential cookies, analytics or personalized advertising.
4. Google Analytics and Google AdSense
NuzPoke uses services from Google LLC. Google and associated third parties may place or read browser cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers as a result of measurement and ad serving.

Advertising code is not loaded inside the configuration tool, overlay, error pages or other screens without editorial content.
5. Retention and recipients
Runs are kept while required to provide the service or until maintenance and deletion policies apply. Technical logs are retained for a period reasonably necessary for security and diagnosis. Google Analytics and advertising retention depends on Google configuration and policies.
Information may be processed by hosting, security and measurement providers to the extent necessary to operate the service. Personal data is not sold to third parties.
6. Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by emailing dev@neotecos.com. You can also withdraw consent through the Google privacy message or by deleting browser cookies and preferences.
If you believe processing violates applicable law, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or another competent authority.
