Cookie policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies NuzPoke uses, what they are for, how long they last and how you can accept, reject or withdraw consent. It complements the privacy policy.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as localStorage and sessionStorage, store data in the browser for the same purpose. In this policy, “cookies” refers to all of them.

First-party cookies are managed by NuzPoke and third-party cookies by another company, such as Google. Technical and preference cookies are needed for the site to work or remember choices you make, and do not require consent. Analytics cookies measure how the site is used and are only enabled if you accept them.

3. Google Analytics

NuzPoke uses Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, to produce aggregated statistics about site usage. Google Analytics only loads after you accept analytics. Before acceptance or if you reject it, no analytics data or rejection signal is sent to Google. Your choice is remembered only in your browser. If you withdraw an earlier acceptance, further measurement is blocked and Analytics cookies are deleted; this does not delete data collected beforehand or cancel requests already started.

Run links are never sent in full: admin and view tokens are removed from URLs before they are sent to Google. The stream overlay does not load Google Analytics. NuzPoke does not build profiles from this data. With Google Signals enabled, Google may associate it with your Google account, as explained in the privacy policy.

Google may process the data outside the European Union, with the safeguards EU law requires (Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision). Read how Google uses information from partner sites and apps and the Google privacy policy.

4. Manage or withdraw consent

Your choice is remembered for 9 months. Each time you accept or reject, even if you repeat the same option, the period starts again. You can change it at any time with the cookie button in the bottom-left corner of every page, or from . If you withdraw consent, NuzPoke deletes the _ga and _ga_* cookies from that browser and the analytics identifier returns to “anonymous”.

You can also delete or block site cookies and storage from your browser privacy settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not prevent team building or overlay use; blocking technical ones may stop your runs and preferences from being remembered.
