2. Use of the tool
Users agree to use NuzPoke lawfully and not to degrade the service, bypass security, access other runs or automate requests abusively. Run names, trainer names and nicknames must not contain illegal or harmful content or violate third-party rights.
The admin URL must be treated as private information. NuzPoke cannot verify the identity of the person using it and considers anyone presenting a valid token authorized.
3. Intellectual property
NuzPoke design, code, copy, tutorials, original screenshots and branding belong to the owner or are used with permission. Pokémon, creature names, images, sprites and related marks belong to Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company and their respective owners.
NuzPoke is independent and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by these companies. Pokémon-related elements are used to identify and represent a team within a community tool.
4. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is and may change, be interrupted or require maintenance. Users should keep the admin URL and a .nzpk backup. The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for losses caused by failure to preserve run access.

6. Applicable law
In addition to these terms, anyone using NuzPoke must comply with the rules that apply in the country from which they access the site.
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the law of the owner’s place of residence, without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting consumers and users in their own country.
