The site is operated by Alejandro Rodríguez Beltrán under the name Neotecos Software. Contact: dev@neotecos.com.
2. Use of the tool
Users agree to use NuzPoke lawfully and not to degrade the service, bypass security, access other runs or automate requests abusively. Run names, trainer names and nicknames must not contain illegal or harmful content or violate third-party rights.
The admin URL must be treated as private information. NuzPoke cannot verify the identity of the person using it and considers anyone presenting a valid token authorized.
3. Intellectual property
NuzPoke design, code, copy, tutorials, original screenshots and branding belong to the owner or are used with permission. Pokémon, creature names, images, sprites and related marks belong to Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company and their respective owners.
NuzPoke is independent and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by these companies. Pokémon-related elements are used to identify and represent a team within a community tool.
4. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is and may change, be interrupted or require maintenance. Users should keep the admin URL and a .nzpk backup. The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for losses caused by failure to preserve run access.
5. Advertising and external links
Editorial pages may display advertising through Google AdSense. Ads are selected by Google and its partners; their appearance does not imply a recommendation or direct commercial relationship between NuzPoke and the advertiser.
External links are provided for reference. Each destination is governed by its own terms and policies.
6. Applicable law
These terms are interpreted under Spanish law without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
